[Reviews.io](https://www.reviews.io) collects product and company reviews for ecommerce stores. Connect it and Replo can pull review content and rating aggregates, so you can check ratings in chat, and show live reviews and star ratings directly on the pages Replo builds.

## Connect Reviews.io

Reviews.io connects with your store key, plus an optional private API key for full API access.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the Integrations app">
    In Replo, open the [Integrations app](/apps/integrations) and find **Reviews.io**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your store key">
    Click **Connect**, then paste your **Store key** (found in Reviews.io under Integrations → API, e.g. `plantpeople.co`). This links your Reviews.io store to your Replo project.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add an API key and region (optional)">
    Add your private **API key** for full API access, and set **API region** to `uk` if your store uses `api.reviews.co.uk` instead of the `us` default.
  </Step>
</Steps>

You can also connect straight from chat; if you ask Replo to use Reviews.io before it's connected, it drops the connection card right into the conversation.

```text theme={null}
Connect my Reviews.io account
```

<TryPromptButton prompt="Connect my Reviews.io account" />

## Use Reviews.io from chat

Once connected, ask Replo about your reviews. Point it at the integration with an [@-mention](/sessions-and-history#mentions) so there's no doubt which tool you mean.

```text theme={null}
Show recent @Reviews.io reviews for my best-selling product
```

<TryPromptButton prompt="Show recent Reviews.io reviews for my best-selling product" />

```text theme={null}
What's the average Reviews.io rating and review count for my hero product?
```

<TryPromptButton prompt="What's the average Reviews.io rating and review count for my hero product?" />

## What Replo can do

The Reviews.io connection is read-only. Replo can:

* List published reviews for a product, keyed by the product's Reviews.io key (usually a merchant SKU or Shopify variant ID)
* Read aggregate stats for a product (average score, total review count)
* List company reviews for your connected store
* Show live product reviews and star ratings on the pages it builds, rendered server-side instead of through a third-party widget
