Use these checks when Replo is unavailable or a request fails in AI Chat.
  • Confirm that you are searching the Connectors directory in Claude or the Plugins directory in ChatGPT.
  • Check that connectors or plugins are available on your plan and in your region.
  • If you use a managed workspace, ask an administrator whether Replo is allowed for your role.
  • In ChatGPT, switch to Work before opening Plugins if your workspace requires it.
Your Claude or ChatGPT workspace controls which connectors or plugins you can install and use. Ask a workspace administrator to allow Replo for your role. Replo cannot override that workspace’s policy.
  1. Close the authorization window and start Connect again from Claude or ChatGPT.
  2. Make sure your browser allows the sign-in window and required cookies.
  3. Sign in to the intended Replo account.
  4. On the Replo authorization page, confirm that the requesting app is Claude or ChatGPT before selecting Allow access.
If the connection previously worked, disconnect Replo in AI Chat settings and connect it again.
Open AI Chat’s Connectors or Plugins settings and reconnect Replo. Then start a new conversation so AI Chat reloads the available tools.
  • Ask AI Chat to list the Replo projects it can access.
  • Check that you authorized the correct Replo account.
  • Open Replo and confirm that the account is still a member of the project or its workspace.
  • If project names are similar, ask for project IDs and specify the correct ID in your next request.
Replo only returns projects that the authorized account can access.
Start a new conversation after installing or reconnecting Replo. Ask AI Chat to show the Replo tools currently available to it.If Replo is enabled but no tools appear, disable and re-enable the connector or plugin. Workspace administrators may also restrict which actions are available.
A missing-resource response can mean that the project, task, product, order, or other item does not exist, or that the authorized Replo account cannot access it.Ask AI Chat to list the relevant projects or items first, then retry with an ID from that result. If the item exists in Replo but is still unavailable, check the account’s project and workspace role.
Stop before approving the action. Repeat the request with the correct project name. For future requests, include the project name at the start of your prompt and ask AI Chat to confirm the target before making changes.
Stop any follow-up actions and inspect the result in Replo. Reverse the change if the affected resource supports it.If you cannot recover what was changed, contact support@replo.app with the project and action details.
